Transitions Are Good If They Let Us Evolve
Transitions are good. What are they but the movement or change of one thing into another? And our part. To best help facilitate this process. Sometimes we should just manage to keep out of the way and allow the natural processes to mould the new item or situation. At times you just know when you need to act or when you have to let things go. - when to let progression take its rightful course
- when evolution is happening and we need to go along with it
- when an alteration to our approach to life or in what we do would likely bring greater success
- when we need personal development in order to appreciate change or facilitate greater achievement
and know when we are in transit from one situation to another. That there will be a certain amount of upheaval and life will be in a state of flux. And know how important these changeover periods can be for our development as a person and how much we can get out of our lives. It is important to be confident. Confident that things will turn out for the best. And invariably they will. And not just because you like to see the good in situations and people. Change can be tough. Decisions abound and answers do not grow on trees. But you can stick at your task and see the job through. Not focusing on the glory does help. As does not expecting great reward for your contributions. A fair days work for a fair days appreciation could be your motto. You will not short change people or stint on your efforts. But you will speak your mind when you unfairly get criticised for the efforts you make. While you may not always take transformation in your stride, you are confident enough in yourself to accept it into your life. And hope and look forward to a brighter future. And that is what you are working towards.
