Is necessity a keyword? What does this mean anyway? - What do you need?
- What can you not do without?
- What is essential in your eyes?
- What would you walk a mile for?
- What do you lose sleep over?
What is all too much for you? Do you know why you feel that way? Got out of bed the wrong way? Someone slighted you over some trivial thing and you still cannot stop thinking about it? Do not sweat over the small stuff. Be aware of what really counts. What is really significant and what is not. What you need to do, attend to and what can wait. Do not leave until tomorrow what you need to attend to today, but be practical and reasonable. Be sensible with time and effort and your energy. Realize that you need to refresh and recharge from time to time - particularly as you get older. Do not rush in. Assess and reflect, and then act. Act from strength, from the calm place, from the inner you.
