Idleness Is Just A Lazy Way Out Of Not Being Responsible
Idleness is just that. Doing very little. And of little benefit to everyone, including the perpetrator. Inactivity breeds nothing but the same. It does not encourage us to put ourselves out at all. It may seem comfortable and warm and nice but what, beyond the need for rest and relaxation, does it really achieve for us. Sitting around doing very little just sees the passage of time. Time is slow too as we are not occupying ourselves at all. Thought processes and mind can have a field day and we will suffer later from the back lash. And if we on a team our fellow team members will not be impressed by our lack of focus and effort. Or if we act on our own lost may be our next experience. But it need not be this way. We were not born to waste our time. We are not here to not achieve anything (which may well be different from achieving [the state of] nothing[ness].) We are here to have fun but to learn, to put in effort and achieve, to work and develop ourselves along the way. We can view this as hard work if we wish. We can see this as wasting our time. But it is not. To grow and become more is not a waste of time. To do nothing that is sad. To be happy always doing nothing - that would be wasting time. And time once ticked away never returns. We can never get our time back. Once gone, always gone. We cannot stand in the way of time marching on. We just have to make the most of the time we have.
