Experience Enables You To Utilize All Of Your Resources

What experience of leading can you draw upon?

Now there must be something you can think of? We all do it all the time but probably don't realize it.

We view leading as being a general of an army, an executive in a company, a manager in an office, a minister in a government. But these are only 'grand' views of things that 'ordinary' people like us do each and every day. We just don't make a big deal out of it - or perhaps get paid exorbitantly for it either!

What adventures do you have? What can you call upon? What type of impression have you left in your wake, or would like to do so?

We are all very similar, yet very individual at the same time. We should rejoice in those two opposites.

We are not that different from anyone else, yet we have our uniqueness at the same time.

It is our originality that we can look at here. We do things but we have our own way of doing them. We have different mannerisms. We sound different and talk differently.

Some of us listen while others have a hard job at that. Some of us are quiet, unemotional and just get on with things. Others of us are loud, like to hog the limelight and wear our emotions on our sleeves - for all to see.

Different backgrounds, different motivations, different lives.

Yet amongst such diversity is the similar. The mind. The power of thought. The inner spirit. The inner being.

We all have them. Some feel and understand them as theirs much more than others. Others barely seem aware of the outer world let alone their own inner sanctum.

So what can we make of this diversity in a world of similarities?

That the world and nature and humanity is an interesting mix of the individual and the collective. With a multitude of experience.

And within this there we are. Our own little life. Our own facts, feelings, thoughts, and adventures. And important to us and in the grand order of things they have their importance, too. And help to increase our understanding of life.

After all we are all interconnected. We are all living life. And making the best of our lot.

And our experiences leads the way for us as we go through life each and every day.
