Being Determined Will Show The Real You In Action

How determined are you? Do you see something through or leave things half done?

Is this in your nature or something you have to work at? How easy does it come to you? Or does it just depend upon what you are considering at the time?

Or which side of the bed you got out of today? Or what you ate for dinner last night? Or if there is a 'r' in the month?

Determination requires control. Not point putting lots of effort in if the energy is wasted in too many directions. There needs to be focus.

The affects and repercussions need to be considered and understood.

Action without purpose can lead to wasted efforts and disappointment.

There may be rules to follow. Things made need to be performed in a particular way. But do not leave behind 'thinking outside the box'. This can save much time and effort and introduce new methods of action and greater productivity.

Have you chosen your endeavor or has it chosen you? There is a difference. You need your heart in something for it to succeed.

Your action also needs to interest you. Stimulate you. Enthuse you. Motivate you. If it does not your efforts will likely be haphazard and dis-jointed, with corresponding uncertain results.

It helps if your venture has meaning. And that you understand this and it sits well with you.

It is hard to be determined to do something if the rest of your life is going in another direction. Little time and effort are likely to be given. You need to realize your focus is elsewhere. You have a decision to make as to whether to change direction or bow out gracefully.

Be persistent. And over time. Things will really fall into your lap so why expect them, too. Accept it when they do, but be prepared for a longer haul.

Being single-minded can help, but do not fall down on other responsibilities that you may have.

Be tenacious. Be resourceful. Use your talents and skills in new and inventive ways. If you feel that you can do something in a new and different way, do not just dismiss this out of hand. Give it a bash - you may be surprised.

If something is immovable you have to decide whether to continue your present course, try to go round the obstacle or to chart another course.

Hurdles are part of life. Pick yourself up and carry on.

Be respectful of yourself and your efforts, as well as those of others.

Be determined. Plan. Focus. Put the effort in. Then reassess when the goal is achieved.

And start the process over again, trying to take something forward from one enterprise into subsequent ones. In other words, learn and grow and develop over time. Then you can reflect on what you have achieved and be proud of your efforts.
