Beginning - Get This Right And Really Move On

Beginning can be the fun part of any decision making process.

It can also be one of the great obstacles - those first few steps which can make all the difference. At times we can question ourselves.

At times we can question and wonder about life itself. We think about what is really happening in our life.

What we are doing. What we are involved in. What direction our life is going in. At times like these words can be very powerful - healing, soothing, comforting, relaxing . . .

The power of words . . .

As we read we can let the words gently flow over us. We can let the words quietly be spoken to us in there own sweet way.

We can let ourselves open to the thoughts and their meanings, the ideas and their origin, the phrases and the understandings that they have ready for us. Ready for us to assimilate and take on board.

If we let them filter through and allow the words their power to move and rejuvenate. If we let ourselves be uplifted and filled with their sometimes hidden insights. Too gently and slowly to impact on our lives as we read - and in the future when we recall their meaning for us.

I hope this page will do this and more. I hope this example will help to express life in an insightful, penetrating but easy to read manner. And help us to question the lives we lead and the manner in which we live them.

Beginning is the hardest part
of any venture, but we must always start
if we are to achieve anything close to our heart
if we get going that will put us apart

From those who never really get things done
they have big plans and ideas but then
they stay on their drawing board or on their notepad
they have such dreams and goals, it is so sad

That nothing too much ever seems to get done
they have ideas and hopes from their origin,
in this way or that but they lack the energy
to take them forward to fruition, is it their pedigree?

The roots or opportunity to really prosper
yes they do we say in an overture
to them, who in themselves do not have trust
we say, go for it, getting started is merely the onset

Of seeing your ideas come to fruition
you need start in order to see their introduction
into the real world where we all play
but you need to act, put in the effort this day

Then the things that you want can come to pass
this can be the prelude to starting, and to bypass
all those thoughts, that you can never get things done
start here and realize you can take an idea from its inception

To the final part of its creation
have pride in your abilities of extraction
of that seed inside that you call your effort
you have the opportunity to get out of your zone of comfort

And make inroads into this your task
help and assistance if needed just ask
for you are not always on your own
here is your chance, your opportunity to not frown

At the lack of progress in your decision coming true
believe in yourself and things can happen to you
you can reach those really dizzy heights
without giving yourself those anticipated frights

That used to happen, you say, before
though you had so much in store
just waiting to come out to play
beginning is just the start of the way

That you can make decision making a success
this can be an introduction with which to express
the ability and talents that you have at your disposal
let them out, air them off and don't be bashful

For you can make a start and take the beginning
of your task, your decision and end up concluding
it and resetting your list of responsible needs
beginning is just the start of so many wonderful deeds.

All best,
Martin
